To see if the Town will vote to appropriate from Estimated Sewer Receipts the sum of $1,218,044, provided that $200,000 of this appropriation is contingent on the Hoosac Water Quality District implementing a sludge disposal plan different from that recommended in the budget, or any other sum, to pay interest and maturing debt, and for charges, expenses and outlays of the Hoosac Water Quality District, or take any other action in relation thereto.
The HWQD is scheduled to meet next Wed., May 14, 4pm at the District.
